You Send Photos of Your Stairs
Before we even lift a finger, we ask for clear photos and details of the staircase and piano. This lets us assess whether the job is feasible, how many team members are needed, and whether extra equipment (like hoists or ramps) may be required.

Feasibility Check & Quote
Once we've reviewed your images, we’ll advise if it’s possible and provide a quote. Some staircases—especially those with tight landings or sharp turns—can restrict access for larger upright or grand pianos.

Arrival & Protection Setup
On the day, we arrive with our specialist expertise and equipment. We will make every effort to move the piano up the stairs so the piano arrives in its final position without damage to it or the property.

Careful Manoeuvring
Our team works in full coordination, using professional lifting techniques and equipment to guide the piano safely up or down each step. Every movement is controlled, with safety and balance at the forefront.

Final Positioning & Inspection
Once upstairs or downstairs, we position the piano where you need it, inspect it thoroughly, and ensure everything is left in perfect condition.
